By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

• Advertising, promotions, and sponsored listings
   

Features may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and BlueSpot Advertising, LLC, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC
   
• Apple and Google are not responsible for the Services or their content
   
• Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support
   
• Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms solely to enforce them against you
   

This acknowledgment is required for distribution through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

You represent that you:

• Are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent
   
• Will use the Services only for lawful purposes
   
• Will not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

The Services may display content provided by:

• Campgrounds and property operators
   
• Advertisers and local businesses
   
• Third-party data providers
   

BlueSpot Advertising, LLC does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or completeness of third-party content and is not responsible for errors, changes, or omissions.

Some content, listings, or recommendations may be paid advertisements or sponsored placements.

We do not endorse or guarantee any advertiser, business, campground, or service. Any interaction with third parties is at your own risk.

Certain features may request access to:

• Location services
   
• Camera (for QR scanning)
   
• NFC capabilities
   
• Push notifications
   

You may enable or disable these permissions through your device settings. Denying permissions may limit functionality.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information.

We may collect:

• App usage data
   
• Scan/tap analytics (non-personally identifiable)
   
• Device and performance data
   

We do not sell personal data.

All trademarks, logos, content, designs, layouts, software, QR structures, NFC configurations, and digital assets are owned by or licensed to BlueSpot Advertising, LLC.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

• Refunds are governed by the App Store or Google Play Store policies
   
• Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal details will be disclosed at purchase
   

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of content, or availability of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueSpot Advertising, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueSpot Advertising, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   
• Losses resulting from reliance on third-party content
   
• Technical failures or service interruptions
   

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueSpot Advertising, LLC, its owners, employees, and partners from claims arising out of:

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which BlueSpot Advertising, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
