At BlueSpot, our mission is to help campgrounds, RV resorts, and hospitality properties communicate clearly and consistently with their guests.
We provide connected tools that give guests easy access to important information throughout their stay, without apps, logins, or paper overload. Our focus is on reducing confusion, cutting down on repetitive questions, and supporting smoother day to day operations for property staff.
We believe guests have a better experience when information is easy to find and stays consistent from arrival to checkout. That is why we created iConnectTags, iConnectMaps, and iConnectTaps.
iConnectTags are custom rear view mirror tags provided at check in. They link guests to a no download Guest Hub with property specific details such as maps, Wi Fi information, rules, amenities, events, and updates. Each tag also connects guests to a Digital Area Guide on BlueSpotGuide.com, where they can explore nearby dining, attractions, shopping, and services.
iConnectMaps are professionally designed printed maps that match the Guest Hub. Each map includes QR codes that link directly to both the Guest Hub and the Digital Area Guide, giving guests quick access whether they prefer digital tools or a physical handout.
iConnectTaps are placed at the front check in desk or mounted outside the office for after hours access. Guests can tap their phone or scan the code to instantly open the Guest Hub, making it easy to find information even when the office is closed.
Our platform is provided at no cost to participating properties. Local businesses support the program through advertising within the Digital Area Guide and on select printed materials. Property owners always have final approval of participating advertisers.
In addition to supporting campgrounds, we believe in supporting the communities they serve. Through BlueSpot Cares, we also give back to local schools and organizations.
Our focus is straightforward: clearer communication, better informed guests, and tools that work throughout the entire stay.

The Story Behind BlueSpot: Why It’s More Than a Name
At BlueSpot, we believe in standing out, and our name tells that story.
In early 2024, our founder lost Blue, a beloved Dalmatian who passed away from Canine Kidney Disease at just six years old. Blue was not just a dog. He was family. A constant companion and a symbol of loyalty, joy, and individuality. Naming the company BlueSpot was a way to honor his memory and the impact he left behind.
Dalmatians are known for their black spots, but Blue was always the one who stood apart. The idea of being the blue spot among the black perfectly reflects our vision of building a company that dares to do things differently.
Just like Blue, we do not follow the pack. We challenge outdated norms in hospitality communication. While others still rely on paper maps and cluttered pamphlets, we provide iConnectTags, iConnectMaps, and iConnectTaps paired with Guest Hubs and Digital Area Guides that bring everything guests need into one seamless experience.
With a simple scan or tap, guests can access property information, interactive maps, events, rules, and curated local highlights through branded, mobile first digital hubs designed for today’s travelers.
