At BlueSpot Connect, our mission is to enhance the guest experience at campgrounds, RV resorts, state parks, and other hospitality properties. We deliver smart, digital tools that are easy to use and completely free for property owners.
It’s believed that when guests feel informed, welcomed, and connected, the overall experience is improved. The property’s reputation is strengthened as well. That’s why we created iConnectTags. These custom-branded rearview mirror tags link directly to a no-download guest app. As a result, guests can quickly access maps, rules, Wi-Fi details, events, check-in information, and more.
BlueSpot Connect puts everything your guests need right at their fingertips. As a result, properties streamline communication. They improve guest satisfaction and create a more memorable stay from arrival to checkout.
We also give back to local communities. For example, through BlueSpot Cares, we recently supported students at Hasty Elementary School.

The Story Behind BlueSpot: Why It’s More Than a Name
At BlueSpot Connect, we believe in standing out—and there's a story behind our name that captures that spirit.
In early 2024, our founder lost a beloved Dalmatian named Blue, who passed away from Canine Kidney Disease at just six years old. Blue wasn't just a dog—he was family, a constant companion, and a symbol of loyalty and joy. Naming the company BlueSpot was a way to honor his memory.
Dalmatians are known for their distinctive black spots, but Blue was always the one who stood out. The idea of being the blue spot among the black perfectly captured our vision: to create a company that dares to be different.
Just like Blue, we don’t follow the pack. We challenge the status quo and think beyond traditional solutions. While others are still handing out outdated paper maps or cluttered pamphlets, we create smart, modern tools that help guests easily access campground information, maps, events, rules, and local highlights—all from a single QR scan on a branded iConnectTag.
Our goal is simple: help hospitality properties connect with their guests in smarter, more meaningful ways—at no cost to them.
Blue left his mark on our hearts, and through BlueSpot Connect, we hope to leave a positive mark on the industry.
